The Rebuild Paradise Foundation, professional design partners, and sponsors are proud to bring you this online resource for building in the Camp Fire footprint. The Residential Floor Plan Library is designed to help you save money and the time in designing a home. This Library allows you to view and gain access to low cost residential floor plans, their corresponding elevations, 3-D renderings (when available) and virtual reality walk throughs (when available). The following home designs have been master planned (as indicated in the plan description) to the standards set forth by the Town of Paradise and/or the County of Butte. Master planning will support the majority of properties. However, some challenging topographies, soils and site specifics may require additional design work outside of master planning.
The plans in the library have been funded by Rebuild Paradise Foundation in partnership with local design professionals. When you elect to “begin the process” of getting access to the plans, we will connected you to the design professional who drew and owns the plans. The professional will work with you to prepare the plans for your unique property. From this point there are many steps to getting a plan ready for your property and the design professional will walk you through this.
*Note: Plans are not free, but the cost is reduced for residential home builders (excluding contractors). The time savings when using a mastered plan is also significant. The process to make a “site plan” so the plan fits your property, and the creation and printing of the plan set for submittal will come at an additional charge that is agreed to between you and the design professional plan owner (Rancho Engineering or Jackson & Sands). Further, property owners will be responsible for all permit fees charged by the municipality.
**Note: The intent of these plans is to support the rebuild of our community through access by individual households. If you are a developer or real estate investor/ landlord, please reach out directly to the design professional and inquire about the use of these plans on multiple properties.
