The Flumes master plan is a unique contribution stemming from a series of listening sessions hosted and curated by the Interior Architecture program at CSU, Chico. Rouben Mohuiddin, professor and Architect, along with student volunteers gathered community input to develop this first of several plans. Rancho Engineering has provided the structural engineering and will serve to create individual site plans for people accessing this plan.
Design Si – Owned and operated by Rouben Mohiuddin, is a forward thinking Architecture and Design firm in Chico. Rouben has a heart for service and jumped in with his professional and educational background to serve the long term recovery. Rancho Engineering – Long time Paradise firm, Rancho Engineering is owned and operated by Jarrod and Kelly Holliday. Jarrod stepped up right away to commit the resources of Rancho for the floor plan library and to serve the community he calls home. Rancho Engineering specializes in structural engineering and custom home design.
